The window can't be moved because it would change the symmetry on the exterior. Would it look wrong to put a low toilet under the window? We live in the country, so privacy is not an issue. This is a first floor bathroom but faces a direction where no one ever is.

Window cannot be changed but the door can be moved over to the left. Plumbing is available on the other side of the right side wall in an adjacent master bathroom. As it is this bathroom is totally dysfunctional.

Currently my sink is under the window and the toilet is to the left of it, in the corner at an angle. I do have to replace the bath, toilet and sink. I don't like the sink being under the window because the mirror is on the other wall (above the toilet).
