During this special water-themed sound bath immerse yourself in a tranquil oasis, rest your body, and listen as the waves of harmonic frequencies create ripples of relaxation and a deep meditative. A sound bath is a sound healing journey that helps to relax the body, calm the mind and heal the soul. The vibrations from our healing instruments can be felt around and inside the pool, activating the bodies natural healing systems and forcing the brain into a theta state, which can induce strong internal focus, meditation, prayer, and spiritual awareness.
